The location is great and amazing, being only a 5-minute walk from Convento de San Gabriel, and the rooms have comfortable decor.

The room was tasteful and fabulous and included coffee and an excellent WiFi, appreciated it. The hotel had a marvellous and stunning location minutes from a Catholic church. Walk from a church and a chapel, it was a huge bonus. The gourmet restaurant was great and their staff was incredibly nice. I had fantastic days staying at this small property...

I had an incredible stay at this outstanding luxury boutique hotel in Mexico. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the pyramid, church, and some fantastic restaurants. The staff were professional and always available to assist. The personalized touches, like the miniature bottle of Prosecco and the special anniversary treats, made our stay extra special. The included breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options. The pool and terrace had amazing views, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were spacious and had unique features. After experiencing this hotel, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The location is great and amazing, only 4-6 minutes away on foot from Convento de San Gabriel. the staff was very welcoming and provided information when needed. - My room was tastefully decorated with views of the pool. - the breakfast served was exceptional.

This hotel is well located, adjacent to the street and near the main square, making it convenient for exploring the town center. The rooms are beautifully designed, with attention to detail, and I loved the Jacuzzi tub in the large bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfasts were exceptional, offering a variety of delicious home-cooked options.

The morning breakfast was amazing! So many options to choose from and they even made it specific to our liking. The location was great, we were able to walk to most of the attractions and restaurants around the area. The pool and terrace were also a highlight, we enjoyed the beautiful views while sipping on drinks served by the friendly staff.

The bathroom being upstairs was not convenient, especially during the middle of the night. , there could have been more electric outlets near the bed for charging devices.

Breakfast was delicious and diverse, with many options to choose from. the rooms had comfortable beds and were very spacious. the location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and attractions. They offered great spa services.

The pool is small and gets overcrowded quickly. the rooms facing the street can get noisy at times.

We especially enjoyed the fruit skewers and coffee each morning.

The noise from a neighboring club was a drawback. the music was very loud and played well into the early morning hours, which made it difficult to sleep.

Luxurious amenities and incredible service. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and the massage was unforgettable. the Rooftop pool offered amazing views and the sun loungers were top-notch. the private facilities were exclusive, and the in-room breakfast was served with perfection. the bar/lounge area was pleasant with special diet menus.

One minor issue, the shower pressure was low. the luxurious room advantages made up for it.
